New Client Consultation
Every first lash application starts with a consultation — so your set is designed for your eyes, safely.
All new clients are required to schedule a consultation and complete a New Client Consultation Form prior to their first lash application.
What Happens During a Consultation?
- Discuss your lash goals and desired style.
- Review your eye and medical history.
- Review any allergies or sensitivities.
- Perform a lash adhesive patch test, if appropriate.
Please note: While a patch test may help identify some sensitivities, it cannot guarantee that an allergic reaction will not occur.
The completed New Client Consultation Form is required before your lash application appointment. The form will be provided when you schedule your consultation.
How Should You Prepare for Your First Visit?
- Complete your New Client Consultation Form before your appointment.
- Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup.
- Please avoid mascara on the day of your appointment.
- Remove contact lenses beforehand if that is more comfortable for you.
- Limit caffeine before your appointment if you're sensitive to it.
- Please plan enough time for your appointment and arrive on time.
