Appointment Policies
Clear, fair policies that protect your appointment time — and everyone else's.
Every appointment at Lashes by Lexi is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments directly affect other clients waiting for an opening — by booking, you agree to the policies below.
Cancellations, rescheduling & no-shows
24 or more hours' notice. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Less than 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late. You may need to reschedule and may be charged a 50% late cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. After 3 no-call/no-show appointments, you will no longer be permitted to book future appointments with Lashes by Lexi.
Arriving for your appointment
- Please arrive on time, with clean lashes and no mascara or eye makeup.
- Clients arriving with mascara or heavy eye makeup requiring additional cleansing will be charged a $15 cleansing fee.
- If you have pink eye or another contagious eye infection, please reschedule your appointment.
- Children and additional guests are not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Please silence your phone during your appointment.
Fills
- Fills are only performed on lash work completed by Lashes by Lexi. Foreign fills may require a removal and new full set.
- A minimum of 40–50% of your lash extensions must remain to qualify for a fill.
- Appointments 4 weeks or more after your last fill will be considered a new full set.
Payment & refunds
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. Due to the nature of lash extension services, all services are non-refundable. If you experience an issue, please contact me within 48 hours so I can determine whether a complimentary touch-up is appropriate.
Lash retention varies based on natural lash growth, aftercare, medications, hormones, skincare products, and lifestyle — individual retention cannot be guaranteed.
